Assalam.. Alhamdulillah, after joined in 2nd FLIGHT at SMAN 05 Makassar (September, 13th-16th 2012), we enough stastified on what we got. Firstly, we got some exprience as usual. Another one, the results also not made us become regreted. And guess what! The support from them enhance our spirit. It come from 2nd grade and also the 1st grade :) They really enthusiasm when giving us supporting. They never loss their spirit during the competition. They always come at the place although they didn't join. Absolutely, it is good for them to know about the condition of competition when they were ready to join in such of competition.
But fully thanks! That's what we called a people who has a will to be more better :)
Okay, let's announce. This is the results :

Asian Parliamentary Debating
A. Teams:
There two opposing teams in an Asians format of debate:
1. Government side- proposes and defends the motion;
2. Opposition side- refute and negates the motion.
Each each side is composed of three members.
The Members of the government side are the following:
1. Prime minister (PM)- opens the debate, defines the motion and advances arguments;
2. Deputy prime Minister(DPM)- refute at first instance the case of the opposition, re-establish the government's claim, and advances arguments;
3. Government whip(GW)- makes an issue-based rebuttal of the opposition's case and summarizes the case of the government.
The Members of the Opposition side are the following:
1. Leader of the Opposition(LO)- responds directly to the case of the government by giving a direct clash, and advances arguments. May challenge the motion if the definition is challengeable;
2. Deputy Leader of the Opposition(DPL)- refutes the case of the DPM, reestablishes the case of the opposition, and advances an argument;
3. Opposition Whip (OW)- makes an issues-based rebuttal of the government's and summarizes the case of the opposition.
B. Time of Speeches:

3. Method (40)- the response to the dynamics of the debate, and the observance of the rules of debate.

The motions used in the Oxford Union Schools’ Competition will be on topics that a young person who frequently reads a good newspaper and thinks about what they are reading will be well equipped to argue about. Often, the motions are highly topical. Examples of recent motions are posted on the website (www.oxfordschools.org.uk). Each team is allocated whether they will propose or oppose the motion. The teams are allocated whether they will speak first or second on their side of the motion. The teams sit as shown in this diagram. You must not contradict the other team on your side, but you are competing against them: you must show the judges that you can debate more persuasively that the teams on the other side and the other team on your own side. You should therefore not discuss with the other team on your side what you are going to say or help them in any way. On That Point, Debate & Pubic Speaking training.
Hello guys. How's life? Long time no write here..
So, we back to share our exprecience one weeks ago :)
June 29th - July 1st , 2012..
We joined in debate training that providing by Kak Bryan Gunawan as the best coach and really great debater. He was joined in debate international and got 6th best speaker, and also for the first time Indonesia include as best speaker. It was really great achievement :D
So, he teached us and explain well about how to be a great debater, maybe to become like him lol.
The training could followed by all people, but unfortunately, only a few people in Macassar that attended there. I don't know why, maybe it because the publication, or maybe it because the time to holiday, etc. But, the people who didn't attended in this training, will become so regreted, moreover if that people who has a great potentials in debate. Because we as the participants, really get the benefit after joined there. It was really amazing! You know, we got something new. I'm sure, it couldn't got in debate explainations as usual ;)
So, unfortunately it's not enough 20 people that follow the training, and you know, only one school from many school in Macassar that followed the training. Of course our school :).
There are four people from our school who participated there. Another people comes from university, of course UNHAS university that will face the national debate competition. And this training also really teach us to be brave and keep talking. So, everyone must be talkative although we couldn't have a great english.
Hmm.. about the Coach, we just want to say "u're amazing".
You know, there was no doubt his knowledge in debate. He deserved to got his achievement as best speaker. During the training, he always give us homework such as made linking words, case building, wacthing debate national in youtube and we still has a task although the training was over lol. So, we feel so challenge to solve it as quickly. From the first day, we learn so structural about debate and discuss it, how to made argument, to rebut, to has a deep analysis and so forth. He also never forget to gave us motivated to rise and reach our dream. He really a real teacher :D
You know, three days we really got a precious thing.
It was balanced with the price hahaha lol. *Just kidding :D
I feel everyone who followed the training, will be motivated to learn more. At least, we have a complete knowledge, so we have to train more and more to making more develop :)
We hope, after joined there, we will become more better and talkative, especially in speaking lol.
We also have a bigest hope for my junior who really has enthusiasm to joined here. Aryandi and Selvi, they are great :)
The last, big thank you for all the experience, we never forget.
Liberate wish, we will meet Kak Bryan again with the result of the training :D Aamiin..

Learn To Accept Yourself :)
Many people in this world who are not happy with their appearance, shape, body, look, style, etc. If you are one of these people then this article is definitely for you. Dealing with feelings of dislike, hatred and uncertainty of yourself can weigh really heavily upon you. Learn to accept yourself for who you are and you'll feel incredibly enlightened :)
1. Instead of looking and focusing on all of the negative things, find and focus on all the good qualities you possess.
2. Make a list of all the bad qualities you have and of all the good qualities you have and compare. If the "con" list is longer, find a way to spin some of the qualities and to turn them into something positive. For instance, if you think that you're too blunt, put a spin on it--you're honest and don't mince words! Usually the bad list is longer because of your own insecurities.
3. Every time you look yourself in the mirror call out something good about yourself. Your thoughts have incredible power to help you change your way of thinking.
4. Instead of feeling bad about yourself, every single day do something to correct your perceived flaws. If you have a problem with your weight, try exercising. Style? Try a makeover! There is a solution to every problem if you're willing to make the effort.
5. Tell yourself every day that you are a beautiful and unique person. And soon that person that you extremely dislike so much will transform into a extremely beautiful and remarkable person.

Get New Member ;)
Assalamu'alaykum Warrahmatullahi Wabarakatuh...
Congratulations for all the new student of SMA N 15 Macassar, that already pass the test as well.
Now, we would like to looking for a new generation of Libels especially for LEC, because our senior have graduated from school and must continue they school, so that we would like to get a new member by doing some stage, the first is that by english interview.
So, by this kind of way, it will create a great student that really have potentials in english :)
Secondly, we as the senior, will strongly selected the new student that not only have potentials but also have willingness to be better and make libels more brighter or still exist in grabbing enthusiasm especially grabbing some achievments ;)
So keep fighting guys,

Let's compete! :D
Assalamu'alaykum Wr.wb...
First of all, we would like to say Alhamdulillah because LEAD III was over and succeed. We have never imagined that it could be such great competition, we believe it also because of the support from our teacher, committees and also for all the participants. So that, the event could be wonderful :P. I just want to say to all participants, "U do grabbed the enthusiasm of English, guys :D"
So, after LEAD III, we would like to brighten the name of LEC 15 in the next competition. So that, we will make sure the members will have huge enthusiasm in each competition. God willing, we will be activating the organization more :D
Hmm, I just want to give big applause for the team of libels as the CHAMPION of debate Ners Competition in Hasanuddin University. The team consists of 3 people, There are 2 people from 2nd grade, and also from the 3rd grade :) Congratulations :)
It must be kind of challenging motivation for others member of LEC, especially for the 1st grade as the next generation. So that, we really hope, it could be followed up by all the member of LEC :D
Let's compete guys, and prepare for the next competition :D

Focusing to LEAD III :D
Assalamu'alaykum Wr.Wb...
Hello guys, after joined in SIM 7th (SMAN 17 Makassar), we would like to focusing on LEAD III which will be held on April, 26th-29th 2012. We are from OSIS, LEC, and of course all the committee of LEAD III, will be cooperate each other to obtain a successful event. Therefore, there is no relax time anymore, because we just have a short time, i mean in 2 weeks, everything have to be prepare. Huaaaaaa.... >,<
Everything should be prepared quickly with teamwork and spirit. Especially in problem to get the funds. The whole idea, enthusiasm and hard work is really needed until the event done. We will utilize and maximalize the holidays time during the national exams to get funds, anything the ways as long the ways still "Halal" lol :D. God willing, everything will be run as what we hope ;)
